Overbound's affiliate program is a referral based commission program that uses a personal link, assigned to you upon registration (Affiliate Link) to track customer orders placed through your link.  Once the customer clicks on your link, a cookie will be placed on their system that will associate them with you.  This cookie will remain active on their system for 90 days so even if they do not place the order right away, you will still receive credit for the order as long as it is placed within 90 days of the click-through to our site. Affiliate commissions (Payouts) will be reviewed no later than 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter (this allows for canceled and or otherwise adjusted orders to come through) and will be sent to you via the payment method you had set up in your account. 

A minimum Payout value is $100. Payouts under $100 will roll over to the next quarter. If Payout remains under $100 at the end of the 4th calendar quarter, it will be paid out within 30 days of the 4th calendar quarter end.

When a new customer enters our website through your affiliate link and the customer completes their first purchase of our product or service, you will be eligible to receive a commission worth a set percent of the dollar value of the Sale. The percentage depends on your Affiliate Tier Level at the time the Sale has taken place. A “Sale” is defined as the pre-taxed dollar total of individual purchase prices of Overbound’s products and services made by that customer in one transaction, not inclusive of shipping cost.

Unless otherwise agreed between the Affiliate and Overbound, the Affiliate Tier Levels are defined as follows and are reset to Turquoise Partner on the first day of each calendar quarter:

Turquoise Partner: 0-4 Qualified Purchases; 5% Payout percentage
Amber Partner: 5-9 Qualified Purchases; 7% Payout percentage
Carnelian Partner: 10 and more Qualified Purchases; 10% Payout percentage

No retrospective payout adjustments will be made. Payouts are not earned for personal orders placed through your affiliate link, or for any purchases made by existing customers. 

Overbound retains the right to modify the program and/or Payout structure, deny any Affiliate application and/or terminate an Affiliate relationship at any time.
